Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Plymouth, MI is seeking a Business Development Representative to handle inbound sales and service inquiries, greet visitors, and coordinate with the Sales and Service teams.

You will manage appointments, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records while delivering courteous, professional customer service. Experience in administrative roles and familiarity with the automotive industry are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center or customer service roles.
• Working knowledge of the automotive industry a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional and dependable with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales and service appointment inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate questions and issues with departments.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirm special order parts.
• Follow up with phone and internet leads.
• Manage paperwork and records; prepare documentation as needed.
• Provide administrative assistance as required.
