Saint-Gobain Performance Polymer Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth across Automotive and Non-Automotive OEM accounts in North America. This remote role, based in Michigan, requires up to 50% travel and will drive profitable growth through both existing and new customers.

Responsibilities include building strategic relationships, coordinating cross-functional responses, and presenting new product opportunities.

Qualifikationen

BS Degree in a technical field or Business is required; Masters preferred.
5-10 years' Business Development experience with revenue targets.
Experience with international enterprise selling in automotive OEMs and Tier 1 & 2.

Lead growth initiatives across Automotive and Non-Automotive OEM accounts in North America.
Develop strategic customer relationships and identify new market opportunities.
Drive profitable growth through existing accounts and new customer acquisition.
