Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking a General Service Technician to service guests' vehicles with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction. You will participate in the company’s training program to gain certification and career growth within the team.

You will promote teamwork, communicate clearly about vehicle status, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while mentoring newer technicians and performing essential inspection and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time guest care during all hours
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles
• Keep service center clean and presentable and mentor junior technicians
• Check oil level with teammates and ensure proper tire pressure
• Inspect and refill fluids, document work on repair orders, report safety issues
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and squatting as needed
• Adhere to safety policies and company vehicle care procedures
