The position emphasizes teamwork, clear guest communication, a clean service center, and mentoring junior technicians. A flexible schedule includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to guests' vehicles and ensure high-quality workmanship
• Participate in training program to earn service certifications
• Promote teamwork and deliver on-time guest care during all hours
• Maintain a clean, presentable service center and document all work performed
