Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor Fleet Associate in Jacksonville, FL. You will oversee vehicle entry/exit, perform pre-delivery and post-use inspections, and ensure proper documentation for a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities include preparing vehicles for rental, assisting with fleet transitions to retail lots, and maintaining orderly vehicle movement on the lot. Must have a valid license, be 18+, and stay on-site; benefits include training and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong attention to detail with effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks outdoors.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• On-site presence required; remote work not available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entry and exit of vehicles within the rental fleet, including inspections.
• Prepare newer vehicles for customer rental and support transitions to used-car lots or other buyers.
• Coordinate vehicle registration paperwork, stickers, keys, and ensure records are accurate.
