Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring in Kenner, LA for an outdoor role handling vehicle entry/exit, inspections, and fleet preparation. You will ensure vehicles are properly documented, safe, and ready for rental, while supporting both fleet operations and a smooth customer experience.

Candidate should have automotive knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors with lifting up to 50 pounds. Compensation starts at $16.00/hour with shift premium considerations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong attention to detail with safe, careful work habits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entry and exit of vehicles in the rental fleet and conduct pre-delivery inspections.
• Install and remove license plates; coordinate registration paperwork, stickers and keys.
• Prepare newer vehicles for rental across multiple makes/models; assist transitions for retail/auctions.
• Support organized vehicle movement to maintain efficient lot operations; ensure accurate records.
