Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry.
• Special Finance, subprime lending experience desirable.
• Self-starter with urgency to deliver deals.
• High ownership and accountability for results.
• Able to organize, multi-task, and prioritize daily opportunities and paperwork.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; associates/bachelor's preferred; background and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Explains aftermarket products and extended service contracts and helps customers choose the right options.
• Submits paperwork to obtain lender approvals promptly.
• Maintains relationships with multiple finance sources and manufacturers.
• Prepares and mails deal packages with proper documentation to lenders.
• Audits deals post-sale for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensures expeditious funding of all contracts and closes deals with lenders.
• Structures deals for profitability and collectability.
• Proficient with title laws and registration processes; maintains required certifications.
• Collaborates with Sales Desk, submits deals to lenders for approval, and secures credit decisions.
• Verifies insurance and payoffs on trades; handles federal, state, and dealer paperwork.
