Lexus of Thousand Oaks, part of Swickard Auto Group, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to present and close finance, lease, and protection products reflecting the Lexus standard of care. You will manage lender relationships, ensure compliance, and coordinate with the sales team for seamless deal handoffs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Finance Manager experience at a franchised dealership.
• Luxury or import brand F&I experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lender programs, finance and lease structures, and compliance.
• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred.
• High integrity with clean, compliant deals and files.
• Polished, professional communicator for Lexus guests.

Responsibilities

• Present and close finance, lease, and protection products using a consultative approach.
• Structure deals accurately while maintaining PVR and compliance.
• Manage lender relationships across a diverse portfolio for speed and mix.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance with Z, TILA, FCRA and CA rules.
• Partner with sales to ensure clean deal handoffs from showroom to finance.
• Maintain complete and fundable deal documentation.
• Achieve penetration and PVR targets across products.
• Support development of sales team knowledge and F&I referral habits.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Present and close finance, lease, and protection products using a consultative, menu-based approach that reflects the Lexus standard of care
• Structure deals accurately and efficiently -- balancing strong PVR with lender compliance and a guest experience that matches what brought them to Lexus in the first place
• Manage lender relationships across a diverse lending portfolio -- ensuring deal flow, funding speed, and lender mix are optimized for a luxury buyer profile
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulatory requirements -- Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and applicable California-specific requirements
• Partner with the sales team to ensure clean deal handoffs and a seamless transition from the showroom to the finance office
• Maintain deal documentation to the highest standard -- every deal fundable, every file complete
• Achieve penetration and PVR targets across VSC, GAP, maintenance, and appearance products
• Support the development of Sales Consultants' and Brand Specialists' product knowledge and F&I referral habits

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of Finance Manager experience at a franchised dealership -- required
• Luxury or import brand F&I experience strongly preferred -- Lexus, Toyota, Acura, Honda, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, or similar backgrounds are a strong advantage with this buyer profile
• Proven PVR performance and consistent product penetration across a full menu
• Strong knowledge of lender programs, finance and lease structures, and compliance requirements -- including California-specific regulations
• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
• High integrity and zero tolerance for compliance shortcuts -- clean deals, clean files, every time
• Polished, professional communicator -- Lexus guests expect a finance experience that matches the care and attention they received on the floor
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
