Lexus of Thousand Oaks, part of Swickard Auto Group, seeks an Internet Sales Consultant to convert online inquiries into bookings and closed deals for a premium luxury experience.

You will respond quickly to leads, build rapport, demonstrate vehicles, and guide customers through the process from inquiry to purchase, while maintaining CRM records and delivering hospitality-driven service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year automotive sales experience (franchised dealership)
• Strong internet/BDC/e-commerce sales experience preferred
• Must live within 30 miles of Thousand Oaks, CA
• Lexus or luxury brand experience is a plus
• CRM discipline and timely follow-up are essential
• Excellent written communication, fast response to inquiries
• Able to manage high lead volume while keeping personal touch
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Hospitality mindset reflected in guest interactions

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Finalize sales agreements and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

• Support dealership events and ensure vehicles are sale-ready.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of automotive sales experience in a franchised dealership -- required
• Internet sales, BDC, or e-commerce sales experience strongly preferred -- candidates who have worked leads from inquiry to appointment to close will be at a significant advantage
• Must live within 30 miles of Thousand Oaks, CA -- required
• Lexus or luxury brand experience a strong plus
• CRM discipline -- you don't let leads go cold and you don't skip follow-up steps
• Fast, clear, and professional written communicator -- your emails and texts represent the Lexus brand
• Comfortable managing high lead volume simultaneously without losing the personal touch that earns appointments
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A hospitality mindset -- even behind a screen, every guest interaction reflects the standard of the brand
