Job summary

Swickard Auto Group's Lexus of Thousand Oaks is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead F&I for a luxury store. You’ll present and structure finance, lease, and protection products with integrity, focusing on guest confidence and compliant processes.

This role rewards high PVR and strong lender relationships, with opportunities for career growth within a respected West Coast dealer group. If you have 2+ years in automotive F&I and a clean compliance record, we want to meet you.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Finance Manager experience at a franchised dealership.
• Luxury or import brand F&I experience strongly preferred (Lexus/Toyota/Acura/Honda/BMW/Mercedes).
• Proven PVR performance and product penetration across a full menu.
• Strong knowledge of lender programs, finance and lease structures, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Present and close finance, lease, and protection products using a consultative, menu-based approach.
• Structure deals accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance.
• Manage lender relationships and optimize deal flow for a luxury buyer profile.
• Ensure all deals are fundable and files are complete with regulatory compliance.
• Partner with sales to ensure smooth handoffs from showroom to finance office.
• Achieve penetration targets across VSC, GAP, maintenance, and appearance products.
