Job summary

Lexus of Thousand Oaks is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the F&I office in our luxury dealership. You will present and close finance, lease, and protection products, while maintaining uncompromising compliance and guest trust.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of F&I experience at a franchised dealership, strong lender relationships, and a proven PVR. This role offers a competitive OTE and a path into leadership within Swickard's growing multi-store group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Finance Manager experience at a franchised dealership.
• Luxury or import brand F&I experience preferred.
• Strong PVR performance and product penetration.
• Knowledge of California-specific regulations.
• Clean, compliant, and ethical deal-writing.

Responsibilities

• Present and close finance, lease, and protection products using a consultative, menu-based approach.
• Structure deals accurately and efficiently with strong PVR and compliance.
• Manage lender relationships across a diverse lending portfolio.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance (Reg Z, TILA, FCRA, CA rules).
• Partner with sales team for smooth handoffs and a seamless showroom-to-finance transition.
• Maintain deal documentation to the highest standard.
• Achieve penetration and PVR targets across products.
• Support development of staff knowledge and referral habits.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Present and close finance, lease, and protection products using a consultative, menu-based approach that reflects the Lexus standard of care
• Structure deals accurately and efficiently -- balancing strong PVR with lender compliance and a guest experience that matches what brought them to Lexus in the first place
• Manage lender relationships across a diverse lending portfolio -- ensuring deal flow, funding speed, and lender mix are optimized for a luxury buyer profile
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulatory requirements -- Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and applicable California-specific requirements
• Partner with the sales team to ensure clean deal handoffs and a seamless transition from the showroom to the finance office
• Maintain deal documentation to the highest standard -- every deal fundable, every file complete
• Achieve penetration and PVR targets across VSC, GAP, maintenance, and appearance products
• Support the development of Sales Consultants' and Brand Specialists' product knowledge and F&I referral habits

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of Finance Manager experience at a franchised dealership -- required
• Luxury or import brand F&I experience strongly preferred -- Lexus, Toyota, Acura, Honda, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, or similar backgrounds are a strong advantage with this buyer profile
• Proven PVR performance and consistent product penetration across a full menu
• Strong knowledge of lender programs, finance and lease structures, and compliance requirements -- including California-specific regulations
• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
• High integrity and zero tolerance for compliance shortcuts -- clean deals, clean files, every time
• Polished, professional communicator -- Lexus guests expect a finance experience that matches the care and attention they received on the floor
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
