Crossroads Ford of Henderson is seeking an experienced Finance professional to manage the department, drive profitable financing practices, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will process financing and leasing deals, secure approvals, and train the sales team on finance programs.

The role emphasizes ethical standards and adherence to safeguard and red flag regulations while coordinating with the sales team to maintain healthy cash flow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Maintain profitability of the department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Understand and keep abreast of federal, state, and local regulations that affect operations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Consent to and pass a drug/background screen.
