Crossroads Ford of Henderson is seeking an experienced Finance professional to manage the department, drive profitable financing practices, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will process financing and leasing deals, secure approvals, and train the sales team on finance programs.

Qualifications

• Maintain profitability of the department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Understand and keep abreast of federal, state, and local regulations that affect operations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Consent to and pass a drug/background screen.

Responsibilities

• Offer vehicle financing to customers and provide thorough explanations of aftermarket products, extended service agreements, manufacturer and dealership benefits, service procedures, and policies.
• Prepare and process financing and leasing deals accurately.
• Secure approvals through financial sources and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Train and inform the sales team on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs.
• Stay up to date on the department's contracts in transit to ensure timely cash flow.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and adhere to Federal Safeguard and Red Flag rules and standards.
