Berman Kia in Lincolnwood, IL is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our automotive financing options and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving profitability.

You will work with lenders to secure favorable terms, present FI options, and oversee compliance and documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency across the financing process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership is required
• Strong understanding of dealership finance processes and FI products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Present finance and insurance options clearly and effectively to customers

• Sell extended service contracts, protection plans, and other F&I products
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with all regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions

• Stay current with all applicable laws and regulations regarding vehicle sales and financing

Pay: $150,000-$200,000+ annually
Location: Lincolnwood, IL
