Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of dealership experience.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Must possess the ability to close a deal.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide financing recommendations to customers and present additional product offerings to enhance vehicle ownership.
• Work with sales management to establish a program ensuring a 100-percent turnover to Finance.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from each transaction.
• Maintain proficiency and required certifications for the position.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
• Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts.
