Job summary

Berman Kia in Lincolnwood, IL is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This role focuses on presenting finance and insurance options to customers and maximizing profitability, with a pay range of $150,000-$200,000+ annually.

You will work with lenders to secure competitive terms, sell F&I products, ensure compliant paperwork, and collaborate with sales to hit targets. Prior automotive dealership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership is required.
• Strong understanding of dealership finance processes and F&I products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with menu-selling and dealership software.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance requirements.
