Berman Kia in Lincolnwood, IL seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead financing and insurance offerings for customers and drive profitability. You will coordinate with lenders, present F&I options, and promote service contracts while ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the paperwork process.

The ideal candidate has automotive finance leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales and profitability targets in a fast-paced dealership

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership is required.
• Strong understanding of dealership finance processes and F&I products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with menu-selling and dealership software.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance requirements.

Pay: $150,000-$200,000+ annually

Location: Lincolnwood, IL

Responsibilities

• Present finance and insurance options clearly and effectively to customers

• Sell extended service contracts, protection plans, and other F&I products
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with all regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
