Job summary

Berman Auto Group in Lincolnwood, IL, is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department at our state-of-the-art Kia facility.

You will plan, train, and supervise service advisors and technicians to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue goals, with a Monday-Saturday schedule and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Dealership Service Manager.
• Proven ability to mentor and train team members.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of automotive service operations and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service department operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance and service quality.
• Ensure all service work meets manufacturer standards and customer expectations.
• Hire and develop service advisors and technicians.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to meet goals.

Berman Auto Group is buildingthe largest Kia dealership in Illinois, with our brand-new, state-of-the-art Chicago facility projected to be complete in2027. We are ramping up and looking to add aService Manager to the team!

Job Title:Service Manager
Pay:$125,000 - $150,000 year
Job Location:Lincolnwood, IL
Schedule:Full Time (Monday-Saturday; Sundays + one day off during the week)

You will help plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service advisors, service technicians, and support staff to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives.
