Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Automotive Sales or F&I experience required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with technology and finance processes.
• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo background check and be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and smoothly transition them from Sales to Finance during vehicle purchase.
• Develop relationships with customers and colleagues to streamline the financing process.
• Assess financing needs and present payment options via consultative interview.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive loyalty.
• Build rapport to create a base of referrals and achieve targets.
• Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Ensure timely handling of all administrative steps per company policy.
