The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager at Napleton Auto Park of Urbana. You will make credit decisions, submit deals to lenders for approval, and bridge gaps in the sales process, selecting suitable F&I products for customers.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional customer experience skill required.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Detail-oriented and organized mindset required.
• Prior automotive sales or F&I experience preferred.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience and willingness to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo background check per local laws.
• Age 18+ to comply with driving policy.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers and transition them from Sales to Finance during vehicle purchase.
• Develop relationships with employees and customers.
• Assess financing needs and payment options via consultative interview.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with laws/regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build rapport to create a base of referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals and gain product knowledge.
