Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager at Napleton Valley Hyundai. You will bridge Sales and Finance, crafting financing options and presenting transparent pricing to customers during vehicle purchases.

With a background in automotive sales or finance, you’ll drive lender approvals, ensure regulatory compliance, and pursue growth opportunities within a large dealership group offering medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Automotive Sales or F&I experience required.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Work with staff and customers to develop relationships and financing options.
• Determine financing needs and payment options based on consultative interview.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive referrals.
• Achieve targeted sales goals and build product knowledge.
