Qualified candidates will have automotive sales or finance experience, a focus on customer service, and the ability to navigate financing options and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior automotive sales or F&I experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check and have a valid in-state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during vehicle purchases.
• Develop relationships with customers and employees to support financing needs.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals and maintain product knowledge.
• Handle administrative processes in a timely, policy-compliant manner.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
