Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and transition them from Sales to Finance during vehicle purchase.
- Interact with employees and customers to build relationships.
- Determine financing needs and present options via a transparent pricing menu.
- Process finance transactions with compliance to laws and regulations.
- Follow up to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
