Job summary

Zurich Direct Markets is seeking a Finance & Insurance Executive to drive growth and profitability in the St. Louis metro area.

The role offers work-from-home flexibility, travel, a competitive base salary with uncapped incentives, comprehensive benefits, and a company car pending driving record checks. As part of the F&I sales team, you will identify new business prospects, attend industry events, and build strong relationships with dealerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree and 4+ years of experience in Sales or Automotive.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 4+ years of experience in Sales or Automotive.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6+ years of experience in Sales or Automotive.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new business prospects, focusing on Finance & Insurance products to large automotive dealers.
• Attending Automotive industry events to promote Zurich’s sales and marketing initiatives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders via various channels (in-person and virtual).
• Managing and growing your assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets.
• Conducting sales presentations either in-person or via Microsoft Teams.
• Collaborating with field team members to ensure seamless implementation of programs and products.
• Working remotely in an entrepreneurial environment.
