Job summary

Qualifications

• Must complete 16 I-CAR units within 12 months.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at repair drop off and build rapport.
• Map damage with customer and identify WOW opportunities.
• Upload photos/notes to CCC One and manage arrival times.
• Verify estimate during teardown and finalize with Repair Planning Template.
• Communicate with customers about estimates and promise dates.
• Assist insurance adjusters and claim re-inspections.
• Attend production meetings and support scheduling.
• Ensure accurate parts lists and windshield notations.
