The goal is to generate appointments and drive traffic to the dealership, delivering a premium experience via prompt, professional responses to inquiries. The role uses lead management tools and CRM software; training covers products, inventory, financing, incentives, and high-level service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year call center or sales focused experience.
• Ability to multi-task and achieve goals.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work on a team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly proficient in verbal phone skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Evening and weekend schedule availability required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and chats
• Provide guests with timely, relevant responses to address customer questions and needs
• Facilitate providing guests price and purchasing information
• Provide payment options and quotes
• Generate sales and acquisition appointments
• Manage organizers to stay up to date with follow up of all active guests
• Adhere to specific outreach cadence required for new inquiries
• Maintain a thorough understanding of KPIs
