• Own full-cycle recruitment for Automotive and Manufacturing roles.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill openings promptly.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand needs and provide staffing solutions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and set them up for success.
