Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a driven Aerospace Recruiter to join our Aerospace Team. You will source, screen, and place top talent within the aerospace and aviation industry, partnering with clients to understand hiring needs for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operations roles.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, build pipelines for Aircraft Assemblers, Mechanics, Avionics, and Quality Inspectors, conduct pre-screen interviews, and coordinate interviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in staffing or agency environment.
• Experience recruiting within aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or technical industries.
• Strong understanding of technical job requirements and blue-collar/skilled trades roles.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for aerospace positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Partner with clients to understand job requirements, technical skills, and cultural fit needs.
• Source candidates using job boards, ATS systems, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-demand aerospace roles (e.g., Aircraft Assemblers, Aircraft Mechanics, Avionics, Quality Inspectors).
