Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably automotive industry.
• Strong recruitment background with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across various industries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment for Automotive and Manufacturing positions (e.g., design, electrical, software, controls, program managers, and more).
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent across roles and departments.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill openings efficiently.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand needs and provide staffing solutions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and set them up for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment for positions in Automotive and Manufacturing industries. Typical positions include Design Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers, Controls Engineers, Program Managers, Body Engineers, Quality Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineers, Test Engineers, Chassis Engineers, Powertrain Engineers, and more.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various roles and departments.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide staffing solutions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure they are set up for success within the company.
