You will partner with clients to understand hiring needs for engineering, manufacturing and operations roles, manage full-cycle recruitment, and support onboarding to ensure a smooth start.

You will collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and deliver high-quality candidates for technical roles.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruitment for aerospace roles across engineering, manufacturing and operations.
• Coordinate interviews and manage job requirements with clients.
• Compliant with ITAR and other aerospace regulations.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using multiple channels.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely updates.
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes as needed.
• Stay informed on aerospace industry trends and salary benchmarks.
