Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA is seeking a highly organized Technical Recruiter in Troy, MI to lead full-cycle recruiting for automotive and manufacturing roles. The ideal candidate will develop strategies, source and screen candidates, and partner with hiring managers to fill openings efficiently.

You will maintain a strong candidate pipeline, ensure a positive candidate experience, and assist with onboarding to set new hires up for success within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruitment for positions in Automotive and Manufacturing industries. Typical positions include Design Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers, Controls Engineers, Program Managers, Body Engineers, Quality Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineers, Test Engineers, Chassis Engineers, Powertrain Engineers, and more.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various roles and departments.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide staffing solutions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure they are set up for success within the company.
