Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Plano, TX is seeking a Director to lead business development for Automotive Digital Cockpit solutions in North America. You will build client relationships, shape proposals, and drive solution-based sales across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 13+ years in engineering and Automotive solutions, with deep knowledge of Android Automotive, QNX, and Infotainment, plus experience in lifecycle management and complex deal structuring.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in engineering or Master's in engineering with 13+ years of experience in automotive solutions
Experience and deep domain knowledge in Automotive Industry
Experience in software defined vehicle architecture and Infotainment platforms

Responsibilities

Present, promote, and sell Automotive Digital Cockpit solutions & services to existing and prospective customers in North America.
Build strong client relationships by understanding client needs in Digital Cockpit and identifying challenges and preferences
Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expand market share in Digital Cockpit domain
Carry out market analysis and lead business planning and strategic sales activities for Digital Cockpit
Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and closing strategic deals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for automotive clients
Lead the technical discussions with customers for TCS's Digital Cockpit solutions
Represent the company at industry events and forums
Drive awareness of Automotive digital cockpit solutions with tradeshows and thought leadership
