Job summary

The Technician will work under the Service Manager, perform diagnostics across ASE-covered systems, manage work orders, and uphold strict safety and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journals, and procedures
• Explain vehicle information to customers clearly and answer questions
• Diagnose basic automotive problems and recommend fixes

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems to ensure first-time quality
• Maintain Service Work Orders and ensure documentation is complete
• Follow safety policies and wear protective gear during work
• Complete LMS training and required certifications as assigned
• Participate in team meetings and support the Service Manager
