Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journal and procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Explain vehicle information clearly to customers and answer questions from coworkers.
• Diagnose and recommend solutions to basic automotive problems.
• Interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions and apply them to services.
• Perform the automotive services listed in the job duties with proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and follow all safety policies and training.
• Provide diagnosis, repair, and maintenance for all ASE-certified systems.
• Initiate and display a valid Service Work Order during service.
• Complete MPI and participate in the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement.
• Submit and return work orders and printouts with keys after service completion.
• Obtain parts from the Desk Team and return unused parts afterward.
• Return cores, batteries and tires to designated areas for proper handling.
• Maintain productivity targets for technicians, ASE technicians, and masters.
• Follow VIP quality standards and complete required training and certifications.
• Participate in LMS training, safe equipment operation training, and ASE certification progression.
