Dorian Ford in Clinton Township, MI is seeking an experienced Automotive Biller/Coster to join our team. You will bill and finalize vehicle deals, submit contracts, and manage commissions with precision.

Collaborate with the Controller and finance and sales teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Prior CDK experience is a plus, but not required as we support growth and professional development within our family-owned dealership.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an automotive billing or costing role is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance and sales teams.
• Experience with CDK software is a plus, but not a requirement.

The Automotive Biller / Coster will be responsible for accurately billing and finalizing all vehicle deals, submitting contracts, calculating and compiling salesperson commissions, managing both new and used inventories, and processing all sales tax and payoff checks.
