Responsibilities

• Verify costs and transactions for each vehicle sale.
• Receive and process all paperwork from the finance & insurance department.
• Prepare tax and title documents.
• Ensure all vehicle registration paperwork is properly processed and submitted.
• Assist in creating and processing leasing and loan paperwork.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.
• Maintain an orderly accounting system.
• Maintain accounts payable/receivable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong computer and internet skills; Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience with ADP or Reynolds & Reynolds
• DMV knowledge
• Ability to separate deals

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented
