We currently have an open position for an Automotive Office Support Staff/Biller with strong CDK dealership accounting experience. We are looking for a highly motivated, career driven individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer payments, managing accounts receivable, balancing cash drawers, and ensuring accurate posting in CDK.

This position has the compensation of $25 - $30 hourly.

Responsibilities

• Post sales deals inCDK
• Enter warranty contracts with Ford
• Billing responsibilities
• Work with the accounting team to track and resolve discrepancies
• Support the dealership team with additional accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

• CDK experience is required(must have)
• 1+ years of experience in automotive office support
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a plus
