Job summary

Dorian Ford in Clinton Township, MI is seeking an experienced Automotive Biller / Coster to join our team. The role bills and finalizes vehicle deals, submits contracts, and handles commissions while coordinating with the Controller.

Experience with CDK software is a plus. This on-site position offers career growth within a family-owned dealership and opportunities across parts, service, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive billing or costing is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance and sales teams.
• CDK software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bill and finalize all automotive deals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Submit contracts and necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
• Calculate and compile commissions for sales staff.
• Manage new and used vehicle inventories related to billing and costing.
• Process all sales tax documentation and payoff checks.
• Work closely with the Controller to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
