Job summary

Caliber Collision Savannah - West is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and provide extraordinary support, coordinate Rentals, and assist with insurance authorizations and billing at our Savannah center.

The role requires friendly service, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple software systems to ensure a smooth, one-stop experience for every customer in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume and recommend load level requests when necessary.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
