Job summary

Pridgeon & Clay is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support production needs and maintain top-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders, coordinating with production, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining adherence to ISO/IATF policies. A bachelor's degree and strong communication skills are required; experience with ERP/EDI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and change requests via EDI, portals, and spreadsheets; update ERP system.
• Determine delivery implications and resolve issues with customers; negotiate premium freight when needed.
• Prioritize critical orders and communicate needs to production and distribution.
• Participate in meetings with Account Managers to build customer relationships.
• Contribute to customer-focused teams to align company and customer needs.
• Assist Accounts Receivable with pricing or invoice discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
