Pridgeon and Clay is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers’ production needs and maintain strong, professional relationships. You will review orders, manage EDI inputs, and coordinate with production and logistics to meet delivery expectations.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in automotive or ERP systems like QAD/Edi is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with internal and external customers professionally.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment with multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Review customer orders and changes via EDI, web portals, and spreadsheets and update the ERP system.
• Determine delivery implications and resolve issues to meet customer demand; negotiate freight if needed.
• Evaluate orders and inventory shortages; set priorities and communicate needs to production and distribution.
• Participate in meetings with Account Managers to maintain strong customer relations.
• Work with Account Managers on contract reviews and assist AR on pricing/invoice discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
