Qualifications

• Strong understanding of deal structure, funding, and lender requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with dealership systems and contract processing tools.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review all deal paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations.
• Verify customer information, vehicle details, pricing, and financing terms.
• Ensure all required documents (contracts, titles, disclosures, etc.) are properly signed and included.
• Submit contracts to lenders and follow up to ensure timely funding.
• Identify and correct errors in deals before submission.
• Communicate with F&I managers and sales staff to resolve discrepancies.
• Track deal status from submission through funding.
• Maintain organized records of all contracts and deal jackets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including Truth in Lending, and dealership policies.
