You will work with a high-volume influx of leads, setting showroom visits and converting inquiries into sales while collaborating with the sales team to deliver a stellar customer experience.

• Follow up consistently with customers and identify their vehicle needs.
• Set appointments and work to convert leads into showroom visits and sales.
• Build rapport and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up within our CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow up with previous customers and unsold leads to generate additional opportunities.
