Qualifications

• Experience processing automotive sales contracts and billing is required.
• Strong understanding of auto dealership accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and review automotive sales contracts.
• Ensure compliance with dealership and lender requirements.
• Communicate with sales, finance, and lenders to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized deal jackets and accounting records.
• Process daily parts and service deposits, bank reconciliations, flooring payments.
• Assist in various accounting office tasks as directed by department manager.
