Norm Reeves Auto Group in Irvine is seeking an Internet Sales Consultant to manage online and phone leads, build relationships, and drive both new and used vehicle sales on-site in a full-time role with strong earning potential.

You will respond to leads, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, collaborating with the sales team to exceed goals and deliver a premier car-buying experience.

Qualifications

• Previous vehicle sales experience required.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must have proven track record of Sales experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent settings
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment

Responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up with internet, phone, and online sales leads
• Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, and in person
• Identify customer needs and recommend new and used vehicles
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
