You will document estimates, communicate with insurers, and work with a skilled team to align on repair plans and KPIs. This role emphasizes attention to detail, collaboration, and a commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately
• Provide timely information guiding customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team
• Attend trainings and information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager
• Support all team members when required
