Cognizant is seeking a Client Relationship Manager – Automotive in Detroit, MI. You will own end-to-end account leadership, drive growth, and manage executive relationships with senior client stakeholders in the Automotive sector.

Responsibilities include developing client engagement strategies, leading revenue growth initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver value and innovation across Cognizant’s offerings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a client-facing or account-leadership role in IT services or management consulting.
• Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating in a multi-cultural environment.
• Strong experience with the global service delivery model.
• Deep understanding of business problems, technology and service domains for the Automotive vertical.
• Proven track record leading portfolios across sales, programs and annuity business.
• Ability to navigate a large organization in a matrix structure and persuade with content.
• Ability to blueprint and present transformations in the Automotive domain.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by closing new, renewal, and expansion opportunities in the Automotive sector.
• Develop client engagement strategies and quantify pursuit costs.
• Lead accountability for Measurable Revenue/Profit Growth within set timelines.
• Review account metrics with delivery, operations, and finance teams.
• Participate in senior management reviews for account performance metrics.
• Collaborate with service lines and teams to formulate and implement business plans at account level.
• Hold regular meetings with customer decision makers and influencers.
• Ensure execution and customer satisfaction across revenue portfolios.
• Identify partnerships and tap into Cognizant alliances to grow the account.
• Shape thought leadership and drive the portfolio's innovation agenda.
• Increase Cognizant visibility in the account and Automotive industry.
