Job summary

Nucar Toyota of Norwood is hiring for our Client Care call center. The Automotive Client Care Representative, also known as Business Development Representative, handles inbound and outbound communications, nurtures customer relationships, and drives dealership growth by generating leads and setting appointments.

You will work with sales and service to ensure a seamless customer experience, log interactions in CRM, and support marketing efforts by following up on inquiries and showroom traffic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
• Experience in the automotive industry or similar customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts related to vehicle sales and services.
• Qualify leads by gathering relevant customer information.
• Generate new business opportunities by following up on web inquiries, social media interactions, and previous customer interactions.
• Schedule sales appointments for customers and ensure proper handoffs to relevant departments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve questions or concerns promptly.
• Log all customer interactions in CRM and maintain accurate dealership data.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth handoffs and follow-ups on leads.
• Assist with marketing campaigns by contacting previous customers and promoting offers.
