Job summary

Nucar Delaware is seeking a Service Business Development Representative to grow the service traffic of our dealership by handling inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and securing solid appointments for the service department.

You will answer calls and online inquiries, log customer details, schedule appointments, greet walk-in customers, and ensure every client is treated with courtesy and respect.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Scheduling appointment experience preferred.
• Automotive experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and online enquiries.
• Logging customer details in our system.
• Scheduling appointments and following up on no-show customers.
• Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
• Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
• Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.
