Nucar Hyundai of Norwood in Norwood, MA is seeking an Automotive Internet Sales Appointment Coordinator to manage online inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the sales team to provide a seamless customer experience.

The role focuses on fast response times, strong communication, and proactive follow-ups to convert inquiries into visits and sales. Full-time position with opportunities for performance bonuses and growth within the auto group.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, or sales coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and text.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer programs.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic.

About The Position

Schedule

Competitive hourly rates plus monthly bonus. Pay range: $40,000 to $70,000 per year
